I r going to Japan on 9th october. Till the 14th. School starts the day after that. Who cares?

I probably feel like this right now :

Why? Because im not financially prepared at all. Father provides $400 together with my $400 = 60000yen ++. That is way too little to get the stuff im planning to get? Still need to buy stuff back for friends. First day w/o parents in Japan = Super akihabara spree provided i even get to go there. Hope that happens..cause thats the only place i wanna go in the whole trip.

Stuff to do during this month :
Brush up on Nihongo. Seriously.
Be a pauper for now.
Check out stores in akihabara to save time when going there. Have to rmb Zer0's words..

Record of Rozen Maiden War - Some very interesting ''fighting game'' starring the Rozen Maiden characters where u take the suitcases on the floor and cast spells on the enemy.

Im showing no screenshots for Da Capo II : Spring Celebration cause I've not even started on it yet. Must study more than can fully understand..this one will have to wait. @>@

I’ve finally gotten some work done for Odex, heh. Edited the Battle Athletes OVA script last week… and in the process, I found out why the Odex subs have been so bad. They don’t translate from the actual Japanese dialogue, apparently. They get a Chinese translation script from Taiwan or Hong Kong, and have their people translate from that into English, introducing a large number of translation errors in the process. Kanzaki Akari says “Sugoi!” in one memorable scene in the third episode of the OVAs, which their translators transmogrified into “The wind is so strong here!”. Talk about reading too much into a line.

Okaayyyy..so it seems that their way of translation is very interesting ~.~

Yea and before this I used 3 power gauges to buy my 夜明け前より瑠璃色な figure. Very very expensive for a 1/6 scale figure. Even the top of the box was collecting dust due to the price.

Note: This game is in Japanese.

Gameplay :

Similar to a visual novel, the thing that makes it special would be the battle system. It looks like a fighting game in the scene, however u just need to do commands for them to battle. The character's stats can be raised if the mission is completed (applies only to Riki & Rin)

A non-M18 game, there are no scenes of whatsoever..so it means that i can import it over. Woohooooo!!

Storyline :

Riki, the main protagonist, had lost his parents when he was only a child, leaving him depressed and emo. A group of 4 children, 3 boys and a girl, introduced themselves as the ''Little Busters'' a group dedicated to preserving justice and fighting evil. They took Riki out and messed around, and made him the fifth member of the group.

For their first task with Riki, they had to deal with a giant bee hive. One of the members, Masato, covered himself with honey and charged to the beehive acting as a distraction. Meanwhile the other 2 boys, Kengo and Kyousuke, used the insecticide-lighter method to create a mini flamethrower. While lighting up the bee hive, Masato was lighted up as well and caused a stir before he was put out.

Following then, the ambulance and fire engines came, causing a big commotion in the papers after that. Riki enjoyed that event very much and very soon forgot about his grief over his parents. Thus, the ''Little Busters'' carried on..

Characters (Name shown at btm of picture)

Member of the Little Busters. Main protagonist of the game. Being seen as the only normal kid in the Little Busters group. Quite a quiet boy, and will fall ill to a disease later on.

Main heroine. Childish, loves fairy tales and candy. Very clumsy and does not think before she acts. Good in her studies though.

Member of Little Busters. Classmate of Riki and sister of Kyousuke. Loves cats alot and is always seen with them in school. A very quiet girl, she is portrayed as a lonely girl. Likes being by herself and not talking to people. Cmon this should be the heroine..they published much more of her than Komari..and she looks like one too.

Although in a different class from Riki, she will always find time to fool around in his class. Very noisy and likes to create trouble for fun.

Probably considered part japanese, she is actually a russian except that she has a japanese grandfather. Speaks lousy english though. Riki's classmate. Has a siberian husky that is seldom seen in the game. Has a dark secret regarding her skin, which hides some..scary seal.

Capable of depending on herself, she is seen as an older sister in the class, even though she is of the same age. Likes things that she considers to be cute, including girls. Carries a katana sometimes around the school.

A calm and diligent girl, who likes reading during break time. Usually reads Shounen Ai, so she became influenced by it and teases Riki and Kyousuke occasionally by pairing them up.

Side Characters

'Public morals' chairman which means that she is a direct enemy of the Little Busters. People who know nothing about this game often relates her to Haruka, which has nothing to do with her at all.

Rin's rival in school. Also in the softball team. Likes Kengo.

Leader of Little Busters. 1 year older than the rest, and is Rin's elder brother. Comes out with crazy ideas once in a while.

Member of Little Busters. Loves working out and challenging his rival, Kengo in..anything.

Member of the Little Busters. Has a cynical personality and is GG in Kendo.

Its so hard to avoid this game cause its being published in every month of G's magazine. After i started to get kind of interested with it, Kinokuniya gave me a kind reply by saying that G's festival volume 9 was sold out, featuring Little Busters!... T_T

However, I spotted a last copy of this month's G's magazine with an exclusive Noumi figure so I swiped it from the shelf, together with this months Degenki Daioh and a previous issue of it, with a Manabi Straight figure in it as well. Magazine are meant to be swiped ASAP cause they dont restock on that. Figures can wait i guess..(not for some)

Oh ya not forgetting the 4 mini posters i got from the past 2 issues of G's.

Unknowingly, I've collected quite some Little Busters! related stuff..

Now lets wait for the next G's festival...I think they might be doing on fortune arterial.
